  2. Directed international consultancies and capacity‑building programs (World Bank/ADB/AIT/USAID routed projects) with total international project value ≈ USD 230,000. Led multiple AIT/ADB/World Bank training programs on SCADA, protection, and smart grids. 

  3. Secured competitive awards/fellowships: US DOE / University of Hawai‘i postdoctoral fellowship (REDLab, NSF‑funded research), AIT doctoral fellowship, and multiple national grants (KSCSTE, AICTE).

Institutional transformation: Head of Department and Director roles (MES College of Engineering; Kerala Technological University affiliated colleges) — led curriculum modernization (new MSc/MEng courses), lab establishment (power system simulator at UTAS Ibra; MATLAB toolbox at Amrita), and NBA accreditation efforts.

  5. Policy & standards influence: Consultant for USAID Clean Power Asia report on ASEAN grid codes (desk study, 2021); advisory/committee roles with IEEE, editorial boards, and academic boards of studies.
